UnitedHealth Group and the South Region (HCAT, Optum Florida, USMD and WellMed) offer daily news and more on our respective intranet sites. The UHG intranet is Sparq. The South Region intranet is WellConnect. Accessing WellConnect • Open your browser of choice and paste https://optumcare.sharepoint.com/sites/WellConnect in the navigation bar and press Enter • Bookmark the site by pressing CTRL + D Accessing Sparq • Open your browser of choice and paste https://uhgazure.sharepoint.com/sites/Sparq-Online/ in the navigation bar • You’ll receive a prompt to log in to your account or that more information is required

• Your USMD or South Region account appears • Select your MSID@corpitsvcs. com account • If it is not listed, select the “Use another account” option and add it

• Provide a multifactor

• Enter your MSID password • Click Sign In • Choose “Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app”
