Employee Benefits • Return to Sparq. On the main toolbar at the top of the screen hover over the Employee Resources tab • Notice the Benefits & Discounts section • 401(k) & ESPP | Fidelity – 401(k) and stock purchase plans and set up any contributions you want • Benefits Site (US) – benefits offered by the organization • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – free services to support a variety of employee concerns and events, including mental health resources • Employee Discount Site – employee discounts at many different retail and service vendors Navigating to the Primary Employee Benefits Site • On Sparq, on the main toolbar at the top of the screen hover over the Employee Resources tab • Under Benefits & Discounts select Benefits Site (US). The benefits resources also require the user’s MSID and associated password to log in
